Fitness Assessment

At Fitness Institute, we want to ensure that all of our Members begin their exercise program in a safe, effective, results driven environment. To help our Members achieve their individual health & fitness goals, the Fitness Institute offers a comprehensive Fitness Consultation Program that includes:

  • Body composition and measurements including body fat percentage, body mass index and site measurements.
  • Measurement of blood pressure and resting heart rate.
  • Brief Medical History.
  • Cardiovascular efficiency assessment to determine target heart rate zones during exercise.
  • Physical strength, flexibility and stamina evaluation.
  • Exercise assessment to evaluate form and technique, workout experience and general exercise knowledge.
  • Lifestyle and nutritional assessment.
  • Strategic Goal Setting and Exercise Prescription.
  • Re-assessments every 8 weeks to ensure our Members are on target to achieve their personal health & fitness goals.
