at Fitness Institute, we offer a wide range of classes. Our fitness
classes are developed to create a combination of cardiovascular
endurance, muscular endurance and strength, core stability, improve
range of motion and functional movements.
To create and maintain a healthy physique your
fitness program should encompass a combination of all these types of
exercise. Trying a variety of classes will help us all attain a
physical balance to create a healthy energetic body!
All classes begin with a warm-up and end with a
cool down and stretching. Please introduce yourself to the instructor
as a new participant, make the instructor aware of any physical
limitations you may have before class and he/she will provide
modifications for varied levels of intensity. Remember to pace yourself
and don't forget to drink plenty of water.
