Combining non-impact aerobics, dance and martial arts. This blend of aerobic conditioning, balance and flexibility will have you sweating and having fun.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT With the help of small equipment this work out will challenge balance and coordination, increase strength and awareness to perform everyday activities with ease.

PILATES A challenging combination of mental and physical training. Working with the torso as the body’s centre, exercises target abdominals, lower back and hips.

PILATES FUSION A mentally and physically challenging blend of Pilates and Yoga designed to improve posture, muscle balance, flexibility and muscle tone.

BODY NUWAVE a sensational cardio vascular and muscle conditioning low impact workout, designed for all levels. This "old school workout" energizes, strengthens, burns tons of calories and reshapes your entire body.

BODY BLAST Functional exercises and toning of all muscle groups, using cardio intervals, core stabilization, and athletic drills using step, ball and dumb bells. An exciting workout for all levels.

BALL-BAR-BODY Offering strength, definition and energy with a mix of core and flexibility training.

CARDIO BOXING This class draws from Taekwondo, Muay Thai and the American boxing ring. It is a total body workout that improves cardiovascular strength, muscular endurance, coordination and agility.

CARDIO KICKBOXING Inspired by the martial arts, this high-energy workout safely combines boxing punches and karate style kicks, done to motivating music.

FLEXIBLE BODY A 55-minute series of stretching exercises designed to decrease stress and improve flexibility, muscle balance and posture.

FLOW YOGA Flow yoga unites and balances mind, body and spirit through naturally flowing postures, breath and meditation. Balancing physical challenge with relaxation and release of tension.

GENTLE FIT A 55-minute muscle conditioning class using light resistance, with a chair for support and exercise modifications.

HATHA YOGA A unique mind-body experience using various postures designed to improving posture, muscle balance, flexibility and muscle tone.

KARATE This specialty class is without charge and allows participants to be graded towards achieving belt levels. Beginners are always welcome.

STEP & CORE CONDITIONING (SCC) This class will take you through 30 minutes of cardiovascular training on the step, followed by 30 minutes of exercises using weights, stability balls and functional movements to improve core strength and stability.

TAI CHI Tai Chi can be thought of as a moving form of yoga and meditation combined, great for improving one’s balance and coordination.

STREET PARTY A mix of various types of music...Hip/Hop, R&B, Reggae, Latin, Calypso and others, with fun and easy to follow dance moves.

ON THE BALL This muscle conditioning class incorporates the use of an exercise ball for a greater challenge overall (balance, coordination, strength, endurance and flexibility).

ON AND OFF THE BALL A fun muscle conditioning mix on and off the stability ball. A great way to increase muscle, burn fat and build a strong core.

CORE AND STRETCH This class is a great compliment to your workout. Improving pelvic stability and one’s overall flexibility are great ways to improve muscle endurance, strength and power.

TOTAL BODY Just what you need to shape your abs, glutes and thigh muscles, as well as improving your overall muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and tone.

TENNIS FITNESS The perfect mix of tennis instruction and overall fitness training. Fun tennis activities for all levels of play, even beginners. A great way to improve your balance, coordination, tennis knowledge, endurance, and have a great time.

SPINNING
SPINNING
Spinning is for everyone! These classes include the use of visualization techniques, variations of speed, resistance, body position and pedal strokes. This fun, safe and very effective workout is a great way to stay fit, have fun and burn lots of calories.

CYCLE & CORE Spinning followed by a series of strengthening exercises for the back, abs and hips, and stretching.

POOL AREA
AQUA FUSION
A holistic water fitness training class based on principles from Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi designed to increase flexibility, balance, core strength and mental focus.

AQUA FITNESS A fun and effective way to train the cardiovascular system and improve muscle tone.

AQUA MUSCLE This class uses the resistive properties of water to target the major muscle groups in the body. Equipment may be used to overload the muscles in the water.

JUST NOODLES A water workout using noodles as the primary floatation and resistance equipment.

AQUA RUNNING A total body cardio workout done in the water. Perfect for runners, triathletes, and all fitness enthusiasts.

MASTERS SWIM A dynamic swimming program emphasizing personal fitness and performance. Accommodating a spectrum of abilities from novice level through to a serious competitive focus.
