YOGA STRENGTH This class brings a unique blend of yoga postures, resistance training and balance work which will help you to build lean muscles and strong bones.
CORE AND STRETCH Improve your posture, activate and strengthen your cores “inner units” and work to increase your flexibility and range of motion.
ALL BALL CORE AND STRETCH A core and stretch class with the use of medicine and stability balls to create challenging core exercises and foam rollers to assist with improving tight postural muscles
SPINNING A dynamic group cycling experience! Ride through your bodies different “energy zones”. Our motivating instructors will guide you through the rise of your life; you will leave on top of the world! Advanced-Riders wanting an extra challenge! Intro-Learn bike set up get comfortable on the bike, learn about energy zones!
ZUMBA An aerobic dance class with a mixture of meringue, salsa, hip-hop, calypso, reggaeton and the tango. This is a hot, sexy soulful class that will teach you to move to the Latin grooves! No dance experience required. Come to sweat! Running shoes required
NIA Neuromuscular Integrated Action and non-impact aerobics. Nia is a fitness awareness movement program that combines mind, body and spirit for total well being! It is an eclectic combination of martial arts, dance, yoga and the Alexander Technique.
CARDIO GROOVE A cardio class that will pull the rhythm right out of you! Challenge your cardiovascular system, make you sweat as you groove to the beats!
CARDIO CHALLENGE Improve your aerobic energy systems and optimize weight management goals. On and off the step this class with teach you powerful movements choose your variation and challenge yourself to your limits!
TOTAL BODY TONE & CONDITIONING 90 minutes of strength training with focus on improving your muscular strength and endurance; tone you from head-core-toe!
BOOT CAMP This combination of cardio intervals, plyometrics, resistance and ball work will increase athletic performance and reduce body fat. This class will take you into the next fitness level!!
BODY BLAST AND TONE A circuit training format to build muscular strength, improve balance and core tone. Work with a step, hand weights, body bars and medicine balls in a circuit training format. This will improve functional strength and tone your core.
TRIPLE THREAT A unique combination of Cardio Strength and Core exercises. This class will give you a challenging workout that will strengthen your heart and tone your arms, glutes and core.
AQUATICS
SHALLOW H2O An amazing no-impact workout in the water that conditions and tones the body while working the cardiovascular system.
DEEP H2O This no-impact workout in the deep end of the pool gives you that extra boost of intensity (or wear a belt for a lower intensity workout).
COMBO AQUA Combines both deep and shallow exercises for extra variety and challenge.
STEP UP/SHAPE AND TONE Take your aqua class to new heights on our water steps. Tone your legs while making a splash!
AQUA BOOTCAMP Our more challenging aqua classes run on Tuesday/Thursday evenings. Work a varity of muscles while challenging your cardio.
WATER RUNNING Excellent cardio respitory exercise. Perfect for weight loss and injury recovery. Bungee cords are used for resistance in the water.
PARENT AND TOT Enjoy a swim with your family! All children 12 and under must be directly supervised by a parent at all times. Children 16 and under may use the Junior Locker Rooms on the lower level.
