Elite Off-Season Program:

The 2015 ELITE Off-Season Training Program is designed for College (NCAA, CIS), Major Junior (CHL) and High-Level Junior players with extensive off-ice training experience.

This is a comprehensive off-season program incorporating off-ice training, technical skating sessions, weekly yoga classes, weekly sports therapy treatments, post-workout meals, BioSteel and Nutrition Program.

Senior Off-Season Program:

The 2015 SENIOR Off-Season Training Program is designed for Midget, Varsity Prep School, High-Level Minor Midget players with previous off-ice training experience and Junior players with limited off-ice training experience.

This is a comprehensive off-season program incorporating off-ice training, technical skating sessions, weekly yoga classes, weekly sports therapy treatments, post-workout meals, BioSteel and Nutrition Program.

Junior Off-Season Program:

The 2015 JUNIOR Off-Season Training Program is designed for advanced Minor Bantam & Bantam players with previous training experience and Minor Midget players with limited off-ice training experience.

This is a comprehensive off-season program focused on the needs of minor hockey players by incorporating off-ice training, technical skating sessions, weekly yoga sessions, postural assessment, post-workout meals, BioSteel and  Nutrition Program.

Female Off-Season Program:

New for 2015, the Female Off-Season Training Program is tailored specifically to the training needs of female athletes Bantam to College with previous training experience.

This is a comprehensive off-season program focused on the specific needs of women by incorporating group off-ice training, technical skating sessions, weekly yoga sessions, postural assessment, post-workout meals, BioSteel and  Nutrition Program.

1-on-1 Off-Season:

The 1-on-1 Off-Season Training Program is designed for players 12+ years of age (with or without previous training experience) who require flexibility in their weekly training schedule.

This program offers our comprehensive approach to off-season training and nutrition by incorporating 2-4 weekly training sessions, a postural assessment, Nutrition Program and optional post workout meals.

1-on-1 In-Season:

The 1-on-1 Off-Season Training Program is designed for players 12+ years of age (with or without previous training experience) who require flexibility in their weekly training schedule.

This program offers our comprehensive approach to in-season training and nutrition by incorporating 1-2 weekly training sessions focused on maintenance, a postural assessment, Nutrition Program and optional post workout meals.

Team Training:

Where teams come to prepare for a great season and continue to stay strong and fast deep into the playoffs.

Executive:

Take your professional approach and leadership into the gym. Finish the deal with proper nutrition.
