ONE ON ONE YOGA has historically
been done in a one on one environment. In Western society the focus has
been placed on a group class environment and this is the way of yoga
practice has now become the norm. When working one on one with a
certified yoga instructor you will learn proper postural alignment,
essential breathing techniques, what postures are most important for
your body you will also receive the benefit of hands on
adjustments/corrections and manual passive stretching. This experience
will take your personal practice to the next level. Improving your
practice will occur in a variety of ways you may improve your mood and
energy, increase your flexibility while strengthening and tone your
muscles. Each hour will be customized to your bodies own specific
needs. Having one on one attention is wonderful for newcomers to yoga
to learn the basic principles and techniques, for individuals who are
recovering from an injury to begin the healing process and for those
who are advanced in their practice and would like to challenge in a
safe and controlled environment.
