WHAT A FITNESS ASSESSMENT CAN DO FOR YOU?
EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION AND GOAL SETTING. A personalized workout routine to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

BODY FAT PERCENTAGE. This is done using bio-electric impedance or body fat calipers.

FLEXIBILITY. Sit and reach test to assess flexibility and back health.

GIRTH MEASUREMENT. Use primarily as a bench mark for goal setting and future comparison. Girth measurements provide more comprehensive information of results than body weight alone.

AEROBIC CAPACITY. Bike or treadmill test to assess cardiovascular health.

MEDICAL HISTORY. Detailed questionnaire of family health, nutritional and activity history to assess overall risk factors.
