		<description>[...] Good to see Ed working hard.   I&#039;d love to hook him up with Gary Roberts for a few months. mmm... the whole team actually. They&#039;d really benefit.  for those who don&#039;t know who Roberts is, he&#039;s a former Leaf player, won a cup with Calgary. He broke his neck and was never to play again and he hired a fitness guru to live with him for a year, end result he got is superior shape and played another 15 years or so in The nHL. He now trains NHL guys up here in the offseason with a very strict workout regimen and a focus on lifestyle and nutrition education. His workouts are deadly. The focus, as it should be, is to help Professional athletes to learn how to ready their bodies for the rigours of 82 game seasons. The focus in one training your body for recovery.
