Aquatics

 

The Fitness Institute offers a wide variety of aquatic services for adults and children. Classes are open to all levels of participation. Instructors will provide modifications for varied levels of intensity.

Adult Aquatic Program. The Fitness Institute offers programs for adults including private/semi private swimming lessons, coaching for all levels (beginner to elite competitive), aquatic fitness assessments, and aquatic fitness classes.

Aqua Cardio This energizing class will elevate your heart rate improving cardiovascular strength & endurance.

Aqua Fitness A fun && effective way to train the cardiovascular system & improve muscle tone in the water.

Aqua Sculpt Using the water as resistance, participants will strengthen & tone their bodies in this invigorating water workout! Equipment may be used.

Water Running Get your heart pumping as you jog & run in the water, using the water’s resistance as a challenging way to train in the water.

Masters Swim Aimed to refine our swimmers’ techniques, strategies & training methods. This class is perfect for cross-training, improving your swimming ability & train for a triathlon.
